Returns & Refunds Policy
Fine Art Prints - Each of my fine art prints is custom printed on demand, especially for you. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your size and image carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to answer questions before you buy.
Damages and Issues
I take great care in packaging both coffee table books and fine art prints, but sometimes things happen in transit. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, so I can make it right.
To start a return, please email me at kim@kimstoreyphotographer.com.au.
If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Because all fine art prints are custom made, I can’t accept returns for:

Gift cards

Colour variations between your screen and the final print (these are a natural part of fine art printing)
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if I’m unable to replace a faulty or damaged print or book.
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
