Thank you for purchasing from Kim Storey Photographer.

Fine art prints are custom printed on demand, so shipping times may vary depending on your location and the print options you’ve chosen.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

I ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

All book, greeting card and calendar orders and dispatched in 1 - 2 business days. 

For Fine Art Prints - Once your order has been printed, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

• Printing and processing time: usually 5–10 business days

• Delivery time within Australia: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that rural or remote areas may take a little longer.

International Shipping

I’m delighted to offer international shipping via Australia Post, so you can enjoy my artwork wherever you are in the world.

All book, greeting card and calendar orders and dispatched in 1 - 2 business days. 

• Printing and processing time: usually 5–10 business days

• International delivery times vary depending on the destination, but are generally 10–21 business days after dispatch

• Customs, duties, and import taxes may apply in your country, and are the responsibility of the customer

Local Pickup (Eugowra, NSW)

If you’re local to the Central West of NSW, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from Eugowra.

I’ll contact you by email once your order is ready for collection, and we can arrange a convenient pickup time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order, unless flat rate is specified. Local pickup is free of charge.

Order Tracking

Once your print has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received this, or if you have any issues with your order’s delivery, please contact me directly.
